About the Presenter

Francesca Rheannon is the co-chair of the Long Island Chapter of the Climate Reality Project, a global organization founded by former Vice-President Al Gore to spread information about the climate crisis and how to confront it.

She serves on the steering committee of the New York State Coalition of Climate Reality Chapters and is a liaison to the Renewable Heat Now coalition of New York State.

Francesca also serves on the East Hampton Town Board's Energy and Sustainability Advisory Committee.

Francesca is host of the radio show Sustainable Long Island (formerly Sustainable East End), airing monthly on WPKN 89.5 FM.
